Wings Over North America, Inc. (WONA) is
Nevada Corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas and
founded by David S. Anderson, who acts as the Company’s
CEO and Chairman of the Board. The company’s primary
objective is to acquire multiple domestic Hooters®
Restaurant franchises and assemble the best practices of
each location and make that a standard operating
procedure for each, while holding on to the Hooters
brand that has made the company popular. The Company
will provide an exit strategy for each individual
investor and the capital structure will be used to help
open additional locations and entice other franchise
owners to join the WONA movement.
The management’s goals
are to hold true to the core values of the Hooters®
brand and to offer an exciting, pleasant experience for
every guest with each visit. We plan to accomplish our
goals by providing guests with excellent service by the
“almost world famous” Hooters® Girls, an updated
restaurant facility with state of the art HDTV’s and
sound systems, the highest quality of food prepared
fresh for each order and a clean safe environment for
the each patron.
The Company has
assembled a management and financial team with the
skills and ability to promote the Hooters® brand as a
multi-State regional operating company and maximize the
profits that they are able to push to the bottom line.
By using economies of scale, the Company will be able to
carry the Hooters® brand forward into the foreseeable
future with increased market share coupled with
decreased cost, which will provide an above average IRR
for its shareholders. This will position the company as
the premier franchise leader for the acquisition,
construction and consolidation of additional domestic
and international operations.
